How to Obtain a Library Card
In order to obtain a Fayette Library Card, you must bring in a current Driver's License or State ID, and also a piece of mail with your name and address showing you have lived in the Fayette area for at least 3 months. Parents and guardians also need this information when filling out forms for a minor. New patrons are on a probation period for 2 months. During that time you may only check out 4 items, including 2 DVDs, at a time.
